A User could be like a usernamer but in this case it is a person who is using (In control of there device and what they are looking at)the internet or just using something in general(A person who operates something is making something to work).There are about 3.77 billion internet users and that's only intenet users not social meadia or mobil users in fact if you add it all up you would get about 14.05 billion don't yu think that is mind blowing.China is the contry with most internet usage in the entire world and the amount of people in china using the internet was 642 billion but that was in 2014.In the 3 years between 2014-2016 china's internet usage increased by a lot because by the time it was 2016 they had 731 billion internet users so just imagine how manyusers there will be in 3 years time.Oceania has the lowest amount of internet usage and Oceania is lots of small countrys combined for example Fiji and New Zealand.
